Last thing: some of your commands sacrifice FPS for quality. People should keep that in mind. For example: "snd_pitchquality 3" can cause lat.stutters for low-end computer/laptops, especially those that use CONEXANT drivers.

tl;dr This is a good config but it isn't a purely FPS config, some settings here choose quality > performance.

Good config. You definitely copy/pasted parts of other configs but it's well put together! If you added a few more FPS-improving commands, it would be perfect. You are missing a few. Oh well, i'll just add them myself!
