/freq/ 144 Hz is a variable value depends on your monitor Hz.
/tickrate/ This launch option is set, the offline servers will always run at tickrate 128.
/novid/ When loading a game with this parameter, the intro Valve video will not play.
/console/ Game start with the console opened.
/nojoy/ This command removes the joystick support for CSGO. Gives FPS boost.
/mat_queue_mode/ Tells your computer how to deal with CSGO.
