/refresh, freq/ 144 Hz is a variable value depends on your monitor Hz.
/tickrate/ This launch option is set, the offline servers will always run at tickrate 128.
/heapsize/ Specifies the heapsize (in kilobytes) which the game will use.
/threads/ If you have a CPU with 4 or more cores, you can try to set -threads to the number of cores.
/novid/ When loading a game with this parameter, the intro Valve video will not play.
/high/ This will start the game in high-priority mode.
/nod3d9ex1/ Makes ALT+TAB faster.
/nojoy/ Removes joystick support.
