#Right Click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in your Library on Steam, then click on Properties then "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS.." Type these commands there -freq 60 -refresh 60 -novid -high -threads 4 -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -useforcedmparms

@frNeox The resolution is 1024x768 Streched, I put -freq 60 and refresh 60 because of my Monitor, if you have 144hz monitor then you need to put 144..
