The cvar exists in CS:GO too. If it's on, HLSW makes the Server spam §L 07/30/2014 - 22:55:09: Traffic from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX was blocked for exceeding rate limits§, but now that I tried to join again, I still can join. Anyway, this cvar is useless.
