The new config folder is different for every Steam account and is located here: (.../Steam/userdata/<YOURID>/730/local/cfg)

Just copy your config files (config.cfg and video.txt) into the new folder and copy (autoexec.cfg) into your normal CS:GO folder (.../steamapps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo/cfg) to get my settings.
